Fresh Omul Fish

Yesterday we tried the smoked version at the beach of Baikal lake. Really nice. Today at lunch I just had to try it again as an entree - this time fresh, with just a slice of lemon and a bit of rosemary..

For lunch I had local white fish soup, my stomach yearning for some hot halal broth (that is not maggee mee) after 7 days of travelling; shrimp salad and creamy risotto (translates into nasik mantah).. Makan besarla pulak nmpaknya.. Ni nk bayar ni masing-masing dok gelak pikir nk bayar cukup duit tak .. kakaka..
