Balik dari outstation lagi. Keletihan. Ditambah dengan sakit kepala. Agak lewat malam. 

Hamde, 12 tahun. Bangun dari sofa di ruang tamu bila nampak aku duduk keletihan.

"Mummy, if you need me, I'll be in Maktok's room, sewing".

Apa dia?? 

2 minggu lepas dia buat kek. Oh dear. Kesian Hamde, asyik kena tinggal dengan neneknya, apa lagi dia nak buat, kan? 

Ok. Cuba tunjukkan minat dan beri dorongan. 

"Mai mummy tengok, Hamde duk menjahit apa?".

"Ni. Cikgu suruh kita buat untuk Arts".

Ohhh. Hahahaha. Lega.

A Hint?

Just got back home, trials after trials, since end of August. 

Between interviewing clients and witnesses, preparing for the trial, office work, outstation discussions and meetings, this thing called the cpd chase, my son taking upsr, flights and drives, new staffs, and all those things that happens in a normal day in life, I spent very few hours in my own bed and house in the last month...

So is it a surprise to come home and find my son reading this?.. Was it left on the coffee table for my own reflection? ...
